We offer psychotherapy and ketamine assisted therapy for adults; with an emphasis on nervous-system regulation, relational repair, and meaningful change. We also lead trainings and workshops for clinicians and organizations.
MIIP is the home of IFP- an emerging psychotherapeutic modality.
Maine Institute of Integrative Therapy is the home of Integrative Functional Psychotherapy (IFP)—a coherent, integrative approach that links what you’re feeling in the body with what’s happening in attention, emotion, meaning-making, and relationship. In practice, IFP combines depth-informed, evidence-based, and experiential methods, so sessions are both grounded and directional: we stabilize the nervous system, clarify the pattern, and build the capacities for meaningful change.
